Hi Sirs,

from few days suddenly the biometric device, I used to log in windows, stopped to work. It seems as it does not exist.

Looking at the devices management screen I see the following: The device has reported a problem and it has been interrupted (Code 43).

I would like to know what could I do to discover if it is definetely broken down or something else I can try to do.
