Product: NoteBook Foloi 9480m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I just bought an old Folio 9480m and It has Windows 10.  I have been trying to get the fingerprint scanner to work. But Not showing anything. When checked in Device Manager. It does not have Biometric Icon.

When I tried to fix the problem via Biometric Devices, they were not present in the control panel OR device manager. Help?

Hi,

Have you tried downloading the Latest software for thr Biometric device you can find the drivers for this device under Drivers-Keyboard,Mouse and Input Devices on

the driver name is Synaptics WBF Fingerprint Driver

 

Please try this out and see if it works.
