Hi

I buy the HP Omen 17-ck2024nf -i7-13700HX, RTX 4080.

I add a new nvme ssd the crucial p3 4to on the second nvme slot (i also try with my 1to wd green).

And none of them is detected by the omen bios and the windows partition manager.

Bios is up to date : F.05 17/01/2023

(The ssd is working because i try it in my ssd case with usb c, the copy paste work on booth).

I already do this a lot of time for my friend and family, and i never get that.

Is it a way to activate the second nvme in bios ? Bios is bugged ?

Thank you

Hi i already try this, the ssd doesn't appear on disk management (same in bios)

I also reset CMOS and nothing.

The bios could be bugged maybe

Or it's a hardware failure on the second slot

I clone windows 11 on the new ssd nvme and replace my new ssd nvme on the slot one, and nothing, the hp bios say no OS found on the harddrive.
