Product: HP 14s-cf2000 Laptop PC (7CY87AV)

Hello, I need help with my notebook, this is a  HP Laptop 14-cf2062la (29B14LA) but in the web of hp appears the hp 14s-cf2000 when I enter the SN and Product ID,  I need to download bios recovery firmware.
