Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

İ I have a laptop g5000. But bios is very old. That's why I can't upgrade. İ need the latest version bios. Who can help me?

@Ebulasey I'm afraid the device is obsolete and so, there are no drivers or BIOS available for update, 

You may try local/3rd party websites for drivers compatible with your device, going out of my way to help, you could try websites such as Driverscape, etc...

(The above link is 3rd party and is not owned by HP, I've posted this only so that I may help you resolve this issue by going beyond my support boundaries, please ignore the ads and take only the free suggestions)
