Hi. Recently I upgrade BIOS on my Notebook before Windows 10 installation. After that my Notebook started completely frooze when any programm trying to use cpuid. When I tryed to start BIOS Upgrade program (sp77491.exe) again it started sent the errors "IHISI: get platform info fail in SM!" every time.
I tryed to reset BIOS removing battery and launching Windows with "WIN + B" keys but it did not work - errors and freezes remained unchanged. There is no option in sp77491.exe to write BIOS recovery on flash. There are several mysterious references, that says I can decrypt firmware and write on a flash card in another version flashinside or I can make bootable DOS image in order to BIOS upgrade, but I didn't find a flashinside that do it without error and even more so about how to make DOS image with it.
I'm at a loss what to do next and will be very gratefull if one can help me.

@33534645645
Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Firstly, let's reseat the hard drive and memory.
- Press and hold the Power button for 5 - 15 seconds to turn off the computer.
- Disconnect the power cable.
- If your notebook model features a removable battery, remove the battery.
- Disconnect and reconnect the internal hard drive and Memory. For instructions, see the Maintenance and Service Guide for your notebook model. Locate these in the User Guides section of your notebook product page on the HP Customer Support website.
- After connecting the hard drive and reassembling the computer, try to start the computer normal.
Once the hard drive and memory is removed turn on the computer without the hard drive- While booting as the computer doesn’t detect a hard drive so it’ll automatically rollback to the previous bios.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thank you for your response.
It is a little strange actions but I tryed did it according to your instruction:
1). Disconnected power cable and main battery from notebook
2). Disconnected RAM memory and HDD
3). Started notebook without all (RAM and HDD)
4). Started notebook with RAM without HDD
5). Started notebook normally
After two times repeating this operation nothing was change.
Maybe I was misunderstood. I can boot OS in this notebook but get some errors when trying interruct with bios in some ways, for example update it through a proprietary HP utility (sp77491.exe) or try to start cpuid.

Thank you for posting back.
I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. I would suggest performing system factory reset will put the computer back to the original factory settings in this way all corrupted and outdated software will be removed.
While doing the recovery there is an option to back up your personal files. If you have not previously done one now is a good time.
Restoring Files that were Backed Up Using HP Recovery Manager (Windows)You can also contact HP support for assistance. They can remotely access your system to help alleviate difficulties: www.hp.com/contacthp/
The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.

Thank you for reply again.
This take a lot of time but I found what was reason of the problem. I hope it will be useful for someone with the same problem.
System recovery don't solve it at all sa expected, moreover it don't work with this notebook model on the Windows 10 at all.
In order to do system recovery, I installed Windows 8.1 which is the native OS for this laptop and was surprised to find that problem was gone. After many tries to reinstall Windows 10 and notebook's drivers I found that this problem is related to incorrect work of display drivers (8650G+7600M). Not only this, sometimes (randomly) OS didn't start at all after display drivers installation. I tried clear install display drivers from Catalyst 15.7.1 WHQL, Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta that I got direct from AMD site, I tried to not using drivers from AMD site and install it all from Windows Update - all not worked. Only with no installed drivers notebook worked without bios error.
The solution to the problem that I used is a rollback to Windows 7. I don't like it, Windows 7 also has a different problems with this notebook but it works more stable and I do not hope that HP will ever release an update for this old notebook model.
