Dear friends, 

I was trying to update my bios on laptop after update my laptop goes blank screen I was trying to recover bios not working, 

I need help to file a complaint on HP to misguiding the customer violating consumers law and wantedly provided wrong tools on portal I need to file a complaint in US Court please help me

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document:-

 

I understand that you're unable to update the BIOS HP 14q-cy0000 Laptop PC  and it needs to download one by one and needs to restart the computer to make sure the Adapter or Charger needs to be connected,
