HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J5AV)

I am unable to reinstall Windows 10 on this HP laptop.  It will not find the nvme drive during the attempted install.  I also tried to install on an SSD drive I put in the system.  Same issued on Windows install, does not find any harrd drives to install on.

I figure a bios update may resolve the issue to I downloaded the latest bios 150338.exe from hp.  I then extracted it to a usb stick and all I get is the winflash.exe program and no .bins for the bios update via F2.

Need help, this is driving me crazy.

Take a read of the thread at the hyperlink below.

The problem is likely to be a storage driver not installed.
