I don't understand your question.

 

Your PC already has a UEFI BIOS.  See page 3 of the HP 6305 Pro Quickspecs at the link below.

 

UEFI BIOS developed and engineered by HP for better security, manageability and software image stability

 

HP Compaq Pro 6305 Business PC (sears.com)

 

You do not modify it to become UEFI.

 

You install Windows by booting from a EFI boot source such as the USB flash drive and Windows 10 will be installed in UEFI mode.
