Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear that you cannot get into the BIOS on your HP laptop. HP’s instructions for supported business notebooks say to:
 

  1. Turn off the computer using the normal shutdown routine.
     
  2. Plug the computer into a reliable power source.
     
  3. Turn the computer on.
     
  4. While the computer is starting up, keep tapping the F10 key until the BIOS menu appears.
     
  5. Keep pressing F10 to open the BIOS Setup Utility.
