I can not in any way enter the bios to change the settings, the laptop works without serious problems, disassembled and reset the bios by changing the battery on the motherboard, which key to enter when booting Windows did not find out, UEFI did not help

The easiest key to use is the ESC key. Tap the ESC key as soon as you see the LED light (if any) on the keyboard blink. Do not hold it down, tap it about once a second.
It can be difficult getting into modern systems due to "fast boot" and "no logo"
If you miss the opportunity, you need to power it off complexly as reset or CTRL-ALT-DEL will skip past the bios entry interval. If you do get into the bios be sure to enable HP log or set a 2 second post delay on startup or select memory check.

Tried this method now, no help, still blank screen, when pressing F10 there is a single signal, previously there were also long signals, more than 20 when pressing F10. ESC, F2, F1, F12 and other keys do not give any result, when I stop pressing the keys after a few minutes Windows starts booting or I have to press the power button.

Try the UEFI diagnostics. Download the version for your system here.

If the ESC key does not trigger the diagnostics then bring up windows 10 and power the system off using the power button. Do not click on the windows 10 shutdown button. The 3rd shutdown will trigger a diagnostics boot and allow the UEFI to run according to Microsoft.
