HP Pavilion G6-2146sl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi all, I've upgraded my HP Pavilion G6-2146sl from the A6-4400m to the A10-5750m, but when I turn on the PC the screen stays black and nothing happens. What can I do? Thanks in advance.

Did anyone here tell you that processor would work? It is not listed in the Manual and is just plain and simple incompatible. It will never work on that motherboard. Here is the manual:

Manual

Top compatible processor is

AMD® A10-4600M processor (3.2 GHz/2.3 GHz, 1600 MHz/4.0 MB L2 cache, DDR3, quad core, 35W)

I hope you can exchange that one for one that will work. Post back with any more questions.
