Hello HP Community, 

I am using a ProBook 6570b with Windows. 

I bought this PC from a Windows refubisher with said there were no issues. The main reason of cause of the problems is that the battery is not charging. So I look at some online sites, including HP itself, and one of them is to remove the battery for connection issues. I dis/disassembled the battery and used the BIOS to test for any problems, and then after a few minutes, it couldn't turn on and was blinking Orange/White lights ( Orange with battery and White when plugged in) and not fully charged or showing a full orange light. Fortunately, I have to buy those replacement chargers from a retail brand. 

 

Does anyone know how to fix this power issue without expensive professional help?
