Product: HP spectre x360 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My battery bloated for HP spectre 360 15 ch011dx .  It is only 2 yrs old. 

Saw in the forums others got the same experience for this battery model 928372 855

 

I don’t feel comfortable purchasing the same battery as it may repeat it’s issues, and the battery is expensive.


HP needs to supply a new battery, even though my warranty is expired. This battery must be defective with how many bloated complaints there are, and it is sad considering how expensive this laptop is.
