Hey,
today my notebook, HP ENVY x360 13-ag0004, suddenly switched off and could only be successfully switched on after a few attempts. During the tests, the notebook switched itself off automatically a few seconds after starting (Power button -> Boot Logo -> OFF). In Windows I ran the HP Diagnostics Tool, which shows me the following error with the battery "Blown Fuse". Shortly after this message the notebook crashed at the CPU stress test and since then I have not been able to start it successfully again with the battery (AC connected or disconnected).
After a short research it is probably necessary to replace the battery. Which possibilities do you offer to solve my problem? Would it be possible to get an exchange device or battery?
My BIOS ist up to date:
BIOS-Datum
11/15/2019
BIOS-Revision
F.46
Installierte Betriebssystemversion
2004 (10.0.19041)
Thank you!
