Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop couldn't charge, when I plug the laptop in, it starts however it shows that the laptop is at 0% and the moment I remove the charger off my laptop. My laptop just shuts down. 

I performed a bios check and it gave the following info (see pictures)IMG_20231109_211334.jpgIMG_20231109_211513.jpg

How would I fix this issue? Would I need to buy a new battery, and if so, where can I buy it? (A link would be appreciated)
