HP Diagnostic Test on my laptop battery revealed a blown fuse (see picture below). Does that mean I need to replace my battery? If so, how do I find the specifications of the battery I need to order? Thanks!

Battery is external and customer removeable. Take it out and examine. Specs say you have the 3-cell but Manual says any of these will work:
Battery
4-cell, 41-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery 919701-850
3-cell, 31-Whr, 2.8-Ah Li-ion battery 919700-850
919700-851
The eBay is a genuine HP battery and likely the much better deal.
