Memory test error messages mean the memory stick(s) need to be replaced.
You can use this tool to find out the part number and if HP stocks the part: HP Notebook PCs - Ordering HP Certified Replacement Parts | HP® Customer Support
If you'd rather not buy the parts from HP, once you have the part number you can do an online search for laptop parts suppliers that stock the memory modules and buy from them -- they probably will be cheaper.
