Hi.
I have an hp pavilion dv-6 3230us. I bought 2, 4gb ram memories to upgrade an 8gb but when I installed them I got a blue screen and the computer turns off and then turns on again. I bought the memories according to the recommendations that appear on this page and according to the Crucial page. What I can do?

Hi:
Notebooks with the Mobile Intel Series 5 chipsets and first gen core processors are very hard to find the right memory for.
It must have 8 little black chips on each side of the memory board, it cannot be PC3L-1600, and it has to be 1.5V, not 1.35.
See if you can get this memory/part number in Puerto Rico...

Hi.
In a previous consult another technician indicated that this was the memory for this computer, now you tell me that I should buy another one. Which is the one that really works because on the Crucial page it scans the computer and says the same one to buy and that his partner technician recommends.
The problem that I do not know if they change it for me because I bought it at A-Tech.
Thank you
