Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently upgraded RAM at my laptop. I had 6 gb ram ddr4 2133 and I upgraded to 16 gb ( 2*4 gb) 2400 ddr4  2400. After upgrading, I got lots of blue screen errors and I have done every trouble shooting steps but none of them worked. At the end I switched to my old ram and used it for a week and I didn't get any blue screen errors. Then I switched back to my new RAM and I still got those errors and I check memtest before sending it back but I didn't get any errors.  couldn't seem to figure out what the problem. Please help me.

I looked on the owners manual and check the RAM that is compatible and I got the RAM but still I have these blue screen errors.

:As per the Service Guide, the Notebook only supports up to 8 GB configuration and not 16 GB RaM
