Probook 450 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't connect any Bluetooth devices to my computer. I didn't think it was compatible at first but a few coworkers have the same model and have no problem connecting. I'm guessing it's a driver but I've tried downloading a few different ones to no avail.

Any and all help is appreciated.

Hi:

What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?

If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 bgn Wif-Fi Adapter

-also-

WAN Miniport (quite a few of these)

Unfortunately, your co-workers got the models with Bluetooth and you got the model with the only wifi adapter that is not a combination wifi/bluetooth adapter.

If your IT dept, or you, or whoever is interested in upgrading the wifi card, you can install this one which is also a wifi AC card with bluetooth.

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.

This card works with only one antenna.

The only place I have been able to find this model is on eBay.

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.

Or you can ask for a USB bluetooth adapter...
