Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, 

I have realtek bluetooth installed, and it disappeared from task bar and device manager after windows 11 updated to 23H2 version. I could see it in device manage after clicking 'show hidden device'. I tried update and restart , nothing happened. Finally I un-installed the driver, and then I could not find the driver in HP website for this for 23H2 version. Please help needed. Thanks

My suggestion : reinstall its Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver:

 

Type: Driver-Network
Version: 1.9.1051.3004 Rev.S
Operating systems: Windows 11
Release date: Dec 5, 2022
File name: sp143863.exe (1.8 MB)
