What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook have and what operating system are you running on your notebook?

 

Bluetooth is a function of the Wi-Fi card and not all model Wi-Fi cards are combination Wi-Fi/Bluetooth cards.

OK, but what model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?

 

The Wi-Fi adapter model can be found by going to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category and there you will find the name and model number of the Wi-Fi adapter.
