hi, i'm asking for the following problem, since a while now i´m ussing a bluetooth mouse and when the mause was inactive for a longer period of time, the connection was lost... meaning, the only way to get it working where going to start, bluetooth settings and then he load up the connections and stablish communications with the mouse again... this is happening more or less frequent, and i would like to know if there's a configuration to save energy of something that might cause this issue...

I reviewed your post and I understand that the Bluetooth mouse keeps disconnecting randomly.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

 

When was the last time the mouse was working fine?

  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you replace the mouse batteries and test whether that resolves the problem.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article.
