Bluetooth states that headphones are connected, the beep of connection comes through the headphones but the sound continues from the laptop speaker and does not come through the connected headphones. I have tried 3 pairs of Bluetooth headphones and I have the same issues, they all connect correctly with my mobile phones Bluetooth. I have checked troubleshoot and device manager for updates, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Bluetooth and I have checked Services App and changed to automatic and also refreshed and started Bluetooth again on Services App.....Unsure what else I can do from my end. Hope this makes sense. Thank you in advance.

Please open Sound settings. Can you see your Bluetooth device on the pull down window (Choose your output device) ? If
(a) yes, please select it.
(b) no, you need driver for headphones.
Regards.

Hi, @vixtoria
You cannot replace your current wifi adapter with any of those recommended because your notebook only has one antenna cable connected to the wifi card in there now, and the others require two.
In order to properly add a second antenna cable, you would have to disassemble the entire notebook including the display panel area.
If you install either the Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 802.11ac or Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 802.11ac, the Bluetooth won't work at all with only one antenna connected.
This is the newest BT driver I could find for the Realtek RTL8821CE wifi adapter...
