I started facing BSOD followed by following error
Boot Device Not Found
Pleas install an operating system on you hard disk.
Hard disk (3F0)
F2 System Diagnostics
Device Details:
Hp envy x360 15m-bp011dx (360 convertible)
BIOS Version - 1.18.0.0
Things I did to get rid of above error:
1. Disabled legacy support from BIOS and restarted (worked for few hours followed by the same error)
2. Ran the hard disk test and it said No hard drive installed. Please check the power ba data cables are connected properly.
I think that my hard disk has been crashed so need your help with following:
1. Now I want to upgrade to SSD, I am from India and want to know the some compatible SSD options, etc.
2. Help me with the further steps of installation of SSD, installation of windows 10 on the same.
3. I don't have any backup, so is there any chance of recovery of data.
4. Can I reuse the same windows 10 product key for clean new installation.
PS: Warranty period is over. I am attaching some screenshots for your reference.

Original hard drive is a 1 TB mechanical SATA hard drive. This is the Service Manual:
Start on p. 30 to remove the bottom cover and inside see this:
red oval = M.2 slot green square = 2.5 inch bay
So you have two places to put a hard drive or SSD: green square or red oval. The fastest option is an NVME M.2 SSD in the red oval place or you can put a 2.5 inch SATA SSD in replacement of the hard drive in the green square place.
Windows 10 has a whole new approach to licensing. You can download a free usb drive installer from the Microsoft Media Creation Tool site (just google that) and use that to reinstall and you need no Key Code or other credentials: it will just work.
You do want to remove the bad hard drive. It will cause problems to try to keep it in the laptop. You can likely recover some data from it but it is not suitable to be used as a source for copying or cloning.
Possible SSD options:
2.5 inch SSD replacing hard drive:
2280 form factor PCie/NVME M.2 SSD for the red oval slot (best option in terms of speed):
Post back if you need any more help and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.

Are you sure that this particular model has M.2 Slot for NVME SSD?
Also should I replace the HDD with SSD myself or should I go service centre? They are charging double of the SSD Price and are will be adding Kingston SSD only not Samsung EVO.
Thanks for the instant response.
