HP Notebook - 14q-cs0029tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am using HP Notebook - 14q-cs0029tu, OS windows 10. For the last few days both the ctrl keys are not working in my system. I tried checking the ctrl key function using the on-screen keyboard and it's working fine.

 

I tried updating the driver multiple times, but nothing worked.

Please help me to fix this issue.
