HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15t-ed100 CTO
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought the HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop in November 2021 with the "HP 3 year Pickup and Return with Accidental Damage Protection for Consumer Notebooks".

HP website shows "Coverage status Expired".

Obviously if I am looking at this, my laptop has something that needs to be fixed and the coverage should continue through November 2024, and right now it is July 2024.

So how do I get this fixed under the extended warranty that I paid for?

Thank you.

I suggest looking for the mail that verifies the HP  CarePack purchase. You will need it as proof of purchase

I can ask a Moderator to help connect you with a team at HP that can help you.

II would appreciate getting in touch with a team at HP.  Thank you.

I have the original invoice for the laptop that includes the "HP 3 year Pickup and Return with Accidental Damage Protection for Consumer Notebooks" for $184.99 and I have the initial email for the initial email "Information About Your HP Care Pack" which reads:

Dear Valued Customer,

Congratulations on the purchase of your HP Care Pack or Post Warranty Plan. We hope you enjoy your extended support and coverage. This email address is not monitored for replies, but please use the information below if you need any assistance.

Most Care Pack orders from our store are now automatically registered. Within two to three weeks of purchase, you will receive an email confirming the registration or requesting details for the HP product you wish to cover to complete the registration process.

The details of your HP Care Pack or Post Warranty Plan will be sent to your email after successful registration.

Here are some important links:

Tips:

  • Save or print the document(s) and receipt of your Care Pack for your records.
  • You may need to provide your proof of purchase information if the service has not been registered. Keep your HP order number ready.

Best regards,

Thank you for your help.
