Dear HP Support Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the battery performance of my HP Spectre x360 laptop, which I purchased recently. From the very first day of usage, the battery life has been consistently poor. Even under normal conditions, such as web browsing, document work, or video playback, the battery lasts no more than 5 hours, which is far below the expected standard for a high-end device.

I initially contacted HP customer support to report this issue. During the chat session, I was asked to run several diagnostic tests and was informed that the problem could be due to uninstalled system updates. I followed all instructions provided and ensured that all pending updates were completed. However, despite this, there has been no improvement in battery performance.

This ongoing issue has significantly impacted my daily productivity and overall experience with the product. I purchased the HP Spectre x360 expecting high efficiency and reliability, especially with regard to battery life , a key factor in choosing this model. Unfortunately, the performance has not met those expectations.

Given that the issue has persisted despite initial troubleshooting steps, I am requesting a thorough review of the problem. I would appreciate it if HP could offer a more effective resolution, whether through a battery replacement, further technical support, or, if necessary, a replacement device.

Please advise me on the next steps at your earliest convenience. I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
