Product: HP Notebook 15-ba037cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I was reading about computer it said I may need to do an update.

The computer said it needed 5 up dates so I clicked on the up dates.

The blue box on the 4 boxes goes around and around for hours and nothing happens.

I let it try for four hrs last night and it has been trying for a couple of hours this morning

Hi,

 

Please do one by one, do not do all 5 at the same time. I think HP needs to rework on download manager module of HPSA.

Last night I clicked on one at a time, the first one ran for four hours so I clicked on second one. The second one I let run for a few minutes then the thrid and on thru the fifth update. Each time I clicked the stop button it said the download was complete, not so it still says I need to download these updates.

Today it will not separate the downloads.

Thamk you Benhien, I finally got the up dates to come up one at a time. Three of them downloaded, one came up as not applicable and the 5th would not download. Each download said [be patient this could take some time].
