Bought a new laptop two days ago and I've been having issues with it already. It's very slow, the screen glitches and freezes a lot (especially while watching videos), programs and tabs are constantly unresponsive, and it's already had to perform two BIOS updates since I opened it (yes, in only two days). Both times the fan was running really loudly and it got exceptionally warm during the update. The update doesn't outwardly seem to actually fix any of the issues that are occurring and I don't get any error cards popping up.
I've never had such bad issues with a brand new laptop. I don't know whether to try to fix the issue or try to exchange it.
If I do, does anyone know if it is possible for me to exchange it for a different laptop brand of the same price?
