HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y3AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Got my new hp laptop a week ago and right after open a box, noticed an annoying sound when typing and tapping the chasis. It sound like a loose component that is vibrating, I assume it's related to keyboard component or part of the keyboard itself. I try to use it for a week and think that I can get over with it but it's really annoying, especially if you are sitting in a library.

There is a similar issue with 15 inch HP laptop but seem to solution or fix about this. Or this product is faulty?

An answer given in that post is defenitely wrong. This should flag as a hardware problem not a software configuration.

Does anyone got any DIY to fix this problem, would be appreciate.

I'm thinking about open it myself but I suspect that the keyboard component is on the other side of the mainboard and to access it, I need to remove the whole mainboard unit and not just a back cover.
