Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Just purchased a brand new laptop: HP laptop 15. The battery will not take a charge and all diagnostics state battery failed. I bought another of this same kind just three days ago and had same issue so returned to store. This one just got and doing same thing. Does anyone know what I can do to see if I can get the battery fixed.
