Hello,

 

I can't seem to figure it out, but my brightness hotkeys are not working. The volume hotkeys are working perfectly, but not the brightness hotkeys.

 

I already updated my BIOS, but no success. I also tried to install HP Hotkey Support  but I'm not sure it's the one for my laptop, because it still isn't working.

Could you please help me out?

Hello @BlueIvy8,

 

Perhaps you could try a graphics driver update but in order to recommend one, I'll need to know which exact notebook PC you own.

 

I need to know which Elitebook 745 it is. It might be a G2, G3, G4, etc. 

I used to be an HP Expert. I no longer participate in this community.
