Unknown device on bluetooth broadcom 43142 version 4.0...

the system is slow at startup and no update the driver automatically and not even from windows update.
in the list of Bluetooth devices is missing the service of bluetooth service indication how can I add it?  it is necessary?

I tried to update the driver from the HP site, both for wifi and bluetooth, but it did not work.

I also tried to install the windows 10 driver update catalog, but that does not work either.
I humbly ask you for help.

Hi:

 

The hardware ID is some kind of generic Microsoft device.

 

What I recommend you try, would be to right click on the device, select Uninstall, check the uninstall driver box if one appears, restart the PC and see if the device gets installed automatically by Windows.

First of all, I thank you for your reply.
I tried to uninstall and install the windows 10 driver, I think something remains in memory, or it is the windows driver to have this problem, has a lack of service identification of bluetooth services.
If you can suggest me other information about it, I would be grateful, this did not benefit. I find myself in the same situation as before because it installs the same driver and lacks the same service.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

 

You may want to ask on the Microsoft Windows forum because the hardware ID you posted is some generic bluetoooth device that W10 should have installed.
