Hi:

Most likely the Broadcom Bluetooth was turned off in the HP connection manager software and that software is not supported in W10.

You can do this to get the Bluetooth to work again...

Make a bootable Ubuntu installer.

Get Ubuntu | Download | Ubuntu

Here is how to make a bootable Ubuntu USB flash drive:

Create a bootable USB stick with Rufus on Windows | Ubuntu

After you create the bootable Ubuntu installation media, boot from it and select the option to 'Try Ubuntu without installing.'

Turn on the Bluetooth in Ubuntu.

Exit out of the installer and shut down the PC.

Remove the Ubuntu flash drive and restart the PC.

The Broadcom Bluetooth device should now be showing up in the device manager and W10 should automatically install the driver for it.

Hi!

The Ubuntu didn't see too. But I find the adapter in the Laptop. The Bluetooth model is BCM92070md. I not see any damage on the adapter or the cable. 😞

Hi:

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know what the problem could be.

The BCM943228HM4L Wi-Fi adapter is supposed to be a dual band wireless N adapter with Bluetooth 4.0, and the BCM92070md is a separate Bluetooth module with a cable.

The only other suggestion I can offer would be to make sure that the Bluetooth is enabled in the BIOS if there is a setting to do that.

Below is the link to the service manual.

You may need to replace the Bluetooth module which is listed in Chapter 3 page 38 of the service manual.

Hello!

The problem is solved, but I don't know how. I put the old HDD back in the laptop. I say "Oh, I see my Bluetooth adapter." After I put back the new SSD and the Bluetooth adapter, it continues to work.

Very intresting magic.
