Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15m-ed1013dx

Can someone please help me. My wife opened her pc this morning and the envy x360 death kiss greeted her. The hinge popped and we are afraid to use the computer. This is the second problem I’ve had with this laptop. First was touchscreen stopped working but was covered by warranty. Now it’s unusable again. Can some get me some help. PLEASE!
