Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Anyone had any luck getting HP to admit they have a default in the Envy hinges (the back support)?  I have owned the 13" model for 19 months and the hinge snapped off the back support top.  HP refuses to acknowledge the defect and is requiring the user pay for any repairs that are out of warranty.  This is unacceptable. Laptop was never dropped and  based on the numerous forum comments (not just HPs forum either) this is a HUGE problem they refuse to step and do the right thing.  Go search for HP HINGE ISSUE and you will be amazed!!  No more HP for me.
