HP 470 G7 Notebook PC

The hinge on the right side is broken. When opening and closing the laptop, the case pops open. It can be fixed by pushing it into place but when opening and closing it again the problem reoccurs. The laptop has no other issues besides this.

I've been taking good care of it since I've bought it, this laptop hasn't not been dropped or mistreated in any way. Upon further investigation i see that this is a ever recuring problem with HP laptops, my mothers HP also had this problem with a broken hinge, i got this fixed. My laptop is out of warrenty, but i dont see why i should pay for it to be fixed when cleary this is a HP design flaw with their laptops. If i had known this i would not have purchased a HP laptop. How do i get this fixed?
