Product: HP ENVY Laptop - 13-ba0010na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought my HP Envy Laptop  in September 2020. The laptop won't open and close properly on the right hand side. I think it needs a new hinge. Also the screen is beginning to come away from the aluminium frame around the hinges on the right side corner. Looking at the community chat, this seems to be a common issue with this model bought around september 2020. Any advice appreciated on getting the broken hinge problem resolved.  Thankyou.
