This hinge recently came out again, this has happened the 3rd time and this time it has cracked the screen open, the display is working but not the touchscreen and glass is falling off from the screen. I heard that HP has said that it has a design flaw and affected will be helped with. I hope HP will help me out because I am a student and need this laptop everyday. I have kept extreme utmost care yet it has happened again and again and everytime I send it to repair and it is very expensive. Likewise if I had not sent it to repair every time, I could have bought a even better laptop. Please help me HP
