Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop -15t-ed000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The hinge is broken and it is hard to close the laptop.  I have seen quite a few people having the same issue. Is this something that can be fixed?

Does HP actually monitor these posts and respond?  It looked like some people posted on here and actually got help with their issue.
