Broken Hinge x360

Hello,
I noticed the left corner screen was popping out, screen stopped working, we barely used this laptop, this is just a very poor design. The cost to have it fix equals the amount of a new one. Does HP have any type of recall or aware of this issue? thank you

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the hinge assembly and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

It's helpless with customer service after 2 hours on the phone, different departments.  HP wont accept the poor product but wanted repair fee. Will not buy a HP laptop again
