Hope this gets to Jeff. My computer is out of warranty, But i have a broken hinge. I brought this computer just 2 years and can afford to buy a new one. Both hinges on my notebook have broken. I google and found others have the same issue. Did anyone heard If HP issue any recall for broken hinge since a lot of people have broken hinge issue? I heard Jeff is very helpful, I appreciateif anyone let me know how to contact Jeff? Thanks so much!

I was assign to Case Manager for broken hinge. HP offer to fix it with price tag of over $150. There are so many HP Laptop owners have the same issue like mine from HP forum. Did any know HP issue any recall for broken hinge problem. I hope this message get to Jeff.
