My HP Notebook is in working condition but need of repair of its plastic frame surrounding the screen but I don't know who can help. I've tried getting through the hp website, but nothing. Is this something that can be fixed at a reasonable price, or is it better I get a new laptop?

Using Electrical tape to cover it up is not recommended.
