Product: HP ENVY - 17t-bw000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP ENVY Laptop 17-bw0xxx  Product number: 2YY27AV. I broke the screen and when I try to find a replacement no one recognizes the 17-bw0xxx as a legit product and on the HP site it says that it is a refurbished product, except when I bought it all documentation said it was new, what's up with that? Any way I need to find a replacement screen but don't have the correct numbers for anyone to look it up.

hello,

 

when you disassemble the screen, you will find a product and model name on the back. This may be from another manufacturer. Therefore, it is possible to find a replacement based on this information.

There are some screens that are compatible.

 

The most difficult part will be the disassembly of the screen.
