Product: HP Pavilion g series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My charger has burnt out. Can I buy another charger for this old laptop and it works perfectly well otherwise and my son needs it for his homework. I have sourced a HP charger on eBay and the 18.5v 65w is the same but it has a slightly different CT ref.

Mine is CT: WBGSU0BL91BE69 S/N [Personal Information Removed], the one on eBay is for the g6 series, mine is just a g ?

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

That is not the full model number or product number of your notebook.

 

The product number will be arranged as this example, as shown in the guide... 5ES85EA#ABA
