Broken hinge and plastic fram

My 5-year old laptop's hinges started to dry, eventually, they are broken and the force to the lid broke the plastic frame, too. Other than this problem, the laptop is functioning OK, no problem in any of its hardware.
I live in the USA, west coast. How can I get the replacement parts?
Searching eBay and other websites to find these parts is frustrating since the model name represents a wide range of HP laptops!

Part numbers, illustrations, and replacement procedures are included for the components you need - albeit, the hinges themselves are "not illustrated".

I could find:

"Hinges" (763105-001) at https://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-762520-001-Hp-15P-15-P029NR-Display-Hinges-Set-Left-and-Right-NON-TOUCH...

"Bottom Base Enclosure "(763570-001) at https://www.ebay.com/itm/HP-Envy-15-15-K-Bottom-Base-Enclosure-763570-001/381856130939

But I couldn't find the "Display back cover" for my touchscreen laptop (763573-001)!
Instead, I could see the "DIsplay back cover" for non-touchscreen laptops (763569-001) at https://www.ebay.com/itm/Genuine-HP-ENVY-15t-k-Series-15-6-Laptop-LCD-Back-Cover-3EY34TP003-mr378/18...
Is there a difference between these two parts? Can I use the non-touchscreen cover on my laptop?
