Hello,

This morning I opened my HP Envy x360 as usual and felt the left hinge pop. Along with the hinge breaking, a part of the screen on the bottom left popped out and the gap opens wider as I open the laptop. I bought the laptop in 2021, and have previously had HP laptops lasting longer than 7-8 years. This laptop has never taken a single fall and I barely even commuted with it. I took extremely good care of it too. Definitely disappointed in the product as it wasn't cheap either. What should be my next steps?
