The past few weeks my laptop screen has been starting to separate from the casing because of a broken hinge that screws have been coming out of every time I would open or close my laptop. I had been able to pop it back into place until last night when the hinge completely came out of the casing. My laptop now thinks it’s in tablet mode when it isn’t and my keyboard has gone completely useless no matter if I turn off tablet mode in the settings or not. I have researched this and found that hundreds of others with the Envy have had the same problem. As a college student during coronavirus, my laptop is essential to participating in online classes and writing papers that is very hard to do in tablet mode. Any help would be appreciated!
